Student Profile
Your student profile is the most concrete persisted learner surface in Yantra today. Here is what it stores and why keeping it current matters.
Account & Access
What the Profile Stores
Name
Used across the protected learner surfaces so the product feels tied to your real identity.
Class and year
Useful for grounding the learner context and keeping the experience aligned with your stage.
Skill level and progress
A lightweight baseline that helps Yantra frame the current learner state.
Role and onboarding state
Used to decide whether the protected app can open and how the experience begins.
Account & Access
Why It Matters
- The profile is seeded automatically the first time the protected route loads
- Changes are validated and sanitized before being saved
- What you save persists across sessions instead of living only in browser memory
Step 1
Open the student profile page
Reach it from the protected learner area once you are authenticated.
Step 2
Edit the fields that changed
Update your name, class, skill level, progress, or academic year as needed.
Step 3
Save and verify
Reload once after saving to confirm the latest values persisted correctly.
